Two-Year Journey with WiFEC Ms. Tra My began her journey with WiFEC in June 2022, introduced by a close friend named Thien Than, a member of the English team. With the desire to contribute to building a free educational environment for disadvantaged children, she decided to join WiFEC as a volunteer math teacher. During her nearly two years with the organization, she has continuously worked to impart knowledge and motivation to the students, helping them become more confident in their learning and development.
Passion and Dedication in Education Throughout her time at WiFEC, Ms. Trà My has always strived to inspire the students, hoping to open up opportunities for them to confidently walk the path they choose. When asked, “Why do you continue teaching even though you receive nothing in return?” she responds, “For me, and for the goals that WiFEC is striving towards, the only way to help these children have a better future is not just by providing them with money, but by giving them solid knowledge and using the same dedication that my teachers had, to help the future generations of children.”
The Future of WiFEC and Ms. Tra My Vision Looking to the future, Ms. Trà My hope that WiFEC will continue to grow and expand its reach. “I hope the organization will reach more people and spread this positive message to everyone,” she shares. With WiFEC’s growth, she believes that more children will have the opportunity to access a quality education, enabling them to confidently walk the paths they have chosen.
Ms. Trà My is not just a teacher, but a beacon of hope, bringing opportunities to disadvantaged children. Her journey with WiFEC is a clear testament to her unwavering dedication and passion for educating the younger generation. It is hoped that her story will inspire many others to join hands in building a brighter future for children.
